Products
Snow Seasons Tech sells downloadable software and templates. On payment you receive a license to use the product for your own business; you may not resell or redistribute it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout; taxes may be added where required.
Delivery
Downloads are available after payment is confirmed. Links are time-limited; revisit your order page for a fresh link.
Done-for-you services
We also install software, run it for you and send reports (the "services" listed on our home page).
- Quotes. Prices on the site are starting points. Before any work starts we confirm the price and what is included by email. That email is our agreement for the service.
- Billing. Setup fees are paid before setup begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance each month.
- Cancelling. You can cancel a monthly service at any time by email. It stops at the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part-months.
- What you provide. You give us the inputs (such as company lists, content sources or access to your website) and confirm you are allowed to share them with us.
- Lead reports. Lead reports contain business contact details published on public websites. We collect them on your behalf, respect each site's robots.txt, and do not sell or share your inputs or reports with anyone else. You decide how to use the reports and are responsible for following the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you (for example CAN-SPAM, CASL or GDPR) when you contact anyone in them.
- Access to your accounts. If you give us publishing access (for example WordPress or Ghost), we use it only to do the work you asked for. You can revoke it at any time.
- Your data. We keep your inputs and reports while the service is active and delete them within 30 days after it ends, or sooner if you ask. Ask for a final export before then if you want one.
- No guaranteed results. Scheduled runs can fail when websites are down or block automated visits. We watch for failures and re-run jobs, but we do not guarantee a number of leads, posts or delivery times.
Warranty and liability
Products and services are provided "as is". Pricing and market data shown by tools such as BookScan Live are estimates and not guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid (for a monthly service, the fees for the last three months).
